Customer service is not their game

RoomRac**** has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. The first red flag was during the botched implementation, which was chaotic, careless, and completely unprofessional. It only went downhill from there. Their customer service is atrocious—slow, dismissive, and utterly ***********. The technical side is even worse: unreliable, glitch-ridden systems that caused serious financial losses for my business. To top it off, their CFO is unbelievably unprofessional, showing zero accountability and an alarming disregard for client concerns. RoomRac**** shamelessly sells a dream but delivers a full-blown nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs—there are far better PMS systems out there that won’t leave you picking up the pieces of their failures.
