Poor service

I bought load bars for my NISSAN to fit a roof roof rack onto it. I fitted it to the vehicle and drove around for 2 weeks to see that all is well with the set-up.

As I was about to fit the roof tent on I noticed cracks on all four the mountings. I took pictures of the areas and the set-up. I forwarded it to them and they messaged me saying they will give me reply. After a second reminder I was promised with a reply too. Another week went by and I still have no reply.

Their service is really bad. I still don't know if it was an isolated problem or a general problem with the load bars.
