Horrible customer service & poor quality products
Horrible service with poor quality products from China, the manuals for the products are written in Chinese making it difficult to install. Products are shipped with missing components, i drove all the way to the company premises in Boksburg, the company is operated in a residential area in a back room. I meet the owner and the wife, I showed them the problem with the product (Bicycle Rack) and demanded a refund which they refused without issuing no reason for refusing Owners are horrible humans beings who deserves no support for their business, they don't know customers service whatsoever. Horrible human beings 💔
