Defected product

I bought a towbar 3-bike rack from Roof Rack Galore, and within five minutes of opening it, I realized it had a manufacturing defect — it didn’t fit the standard towbar on my car. This wasn’t a mistake on my end; the product simply didn’t work as advertised.

I had to return it at my own expense, and on top of that, they took over a week just to inspect it and process my refund. What really frustrates me is that I ended up paying for two courier fees for a faulty product that should never have left the factory.

It’s unacceptable that a customer has to carry the cost for a company’s mistake. This whole experience has been nothing but disappointing, and I won’t be buying from Roof Rack Galore again.
