Bad service

I took my vehicle for a service for the first time at Rondebosch East Toyota today and received the worse service in all my history of doing services at the different Toyota branches this has to have been the worse customer service I have ever received. My vehicle went in the morning I received no communication from my service provider Imraan Hendricks about my progress of my vehicle. I called the branch three times leaving a message to contact me back and I received no call back , eventually at 5.30 pm I called again and they assumed I was picking up my vehicle which I was told that the service provider will contact me for transportation to collect my vehicle. Once again No communication was provided through out the day I as a customer had to call ,left numerous messages with no one getting back to me which is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not go back there or advise anyone else to go there.
