Servicing
Purchased the vehicle last year in May from the Rondebosch East dealership. Took it in for service, as I have not reached 15000 kms. 0n the 4th June. The car was never serviced; instead, the ***** under the plastic rim was removed, the surface of my brand new bike rack was damaged, upon collection of the vehicle, empty boxes were thrown into my car, and the car was not washed; malicious damage under the front bumper and damage to spares. Reported the matter and provided pics to the servicing agent, Bilqees, and all I received was: “Good morning Ms Mama, Hope you're well. I humbly apologise. I will speak to my manager regarding this and revert to you as soon as possible.” The dealership customer care agent called to ask for a rating on the service received. I rated 1 out of 10, and that was that.
