Horrible experience

I had my hair butchered at the La Lucia Branch. Another stylist corrected the cut after complaining to management, but at the expense of the length of my hair. Paid for a Brazilian that ended up on the floor. Management took 13 weeks to eventually tell me that my cut was rectified, and they are not sure how to further assist. Very bad experience indeed. Customer satisfaction clearly means nothing to them.
