Amazing, Brilliiant service and staff!

Greetings. I hope this message reaches to right people. This is a compliment to Rolf Offermann's Westville branch, and in particular to Monica who so kindly and patiently attended to me yesterday (Thursday) afternoon. I was very impressed by her technique and felt thoroughly spoilt by this beautiful young woman who did wonders to my hair and for my self esteem! She is really an asset to you and she is certainly a Gem among your staff. I want to thank her very much and also to wish her continued success in her career. She is an amazing, caring and genuine person. I'm but a penny pinching pensioner, but this did not deter her from giving me the best of treatment and making me feel so special and comfortable too!
