Absolutely bad service

I purchased A R3000 hair straightener, within the one month return period, I needed to return it as it wasnt doing a good job. The owner himself and stafd members were arrogant and not helpful at all, as they achieved getting my money they aren't interested in assisting me. So disgusted at my experience.
