Unhelpful, awful, disturbing experience

This place is absolutely incredibly, horrible. We made a reservation two weeks prior to go and enjoy ourselves at this restaurant, and we got there and we were told to go upstairs where we had made the reservation for. We entered, there was nobody to take us to our seat, so we sat at one of the reserved tables where we had asked to sir. We sat for a good maybe 20 minutes without anybody helping us. We eventually flagged down a waitress who then told us that she thought we had somebody helping us, but she'll get somebody. She disappeared, didn't come back. And then a second waiter came and left, and then the third waiter came through. We asked him about getting somebody to help us. He said the same thing. And then he asked, if we a reservation?And he wanted to change our seating when we had reserved our seating for specifically where we were sitting. And after having been there without any help from anybody, we decided to leave. But thank you, thank you, Rockets, because you allowed us to go find a better place in Ballito, 45 on Eat Street. Absolutely amazing, service was impeccable, the aesthetics were out of this world and the food blissfully delicious. Thankfully we were also able to find Wedgewood ice cream. So thank you for your absolutely horrible service.
