Have not received our order since Feb 2017

<p>We have been trying, to no avail to get hold of our order (running vests and tshirts) that was paid for in full and was meant to be delivered in February 2017. I have called, spoken to Richard and Zukfa of which both promised to call me back with a tracking number, this has not happened till now…Can someone PLEASE let me know what on earth is going on.
