Disrespectful experience

Rockets Menlyn Were booked x2 tables. It was confirmed to both of my group of friends that we had bookings over the phone. One booking was directly with the manager and the other was with the owner. We arrived and was told by staff at the entrance that our names are not reflected on the system. As we try to explain that we have bookings and try to identify the people we dealt with. The bouncers started pushing my friends physically away out of the door. (can I just mention, A list clients)

This was the most disrespect I've seen in a very long time. It was absolute abusive behavior and no sense of customer service.

As permanent customers of the previous venue. This was so embarrassing!

This venue was also 100% acting as a club in lockdown level 1. I would recommend that the right people do investigation as I won't be shocked if Covid made a turn to this fully packed venue.

It's a beautiful venue, the look and vibe is really nice and I'll probably go in the day time to see what it looks like. But last night was disrespectful and very unprofessional!
