You'll never need another ISP if you choose RocketNet!
Years ago, my brother recommended me to RocketNet. I have never had another ISP since. So recently, I had a huge problem and I contacted RocketNet for help. The answer was the same the whole entire time and I was really getting frustrated until one of the operators said to me, how long does it take for your wifi name to pop up. Previously I had a very similar problem... The router. I can't remember the lady's name that helped me back then but she was a SUPERSTAR and got me up and running and back then she also said to me that the router can cause problems and it is quite hard to pick up and diagnose. Today, I got a new router. Navesh (sorry if I missplet the name) helped me. He was freaking EPIC!! He had so much patience with me and helped me get my router up and going. In a nutshell... RocketNet... Please keep training your workers hard! They are really amazing and your business is highly appreciated. Never change!
