What I recommend to everyone

Been using them for a year, never had any major issues. Occasional downtime (5 mins max about once a month at most, could be network outage or routine IP swap), but nothing serious. All ISPs I've used in the past have this too.

Their support team (which I used a few times to upgrade my account, or change billing details) is fast AF, and always accommodating and helpful.

Their dashboard/portal is not super amazing or modern, but it gets the job done and shows you the information you need in enough detail (e.g. monthly/daily/hourly data usage).

I use an average of about 600GB per month (peak of 2TB/m when running major backups recently) on their 200/100 package, which I was upgraded to automatically when OpenServe changed their pricing a few months ago). Never noticed any throttling or shaping of any kind.

Working from home doing animation & vfx publishing, gaming and of course regular youtube/netflix. Would recommend RocketNet to everyone, especially as they are (currently) cheaper than most other "mainstream" ISPs as well.
