Useless support at RocketNet
I have placed an order weeks ago and receive no feedback from RocketNet at all. I have called numerous times and each call centre agents promises to call me back with feedback but nothing happens. Been a nightmare to get get hold of them. as well.
If you don't feel like doing business, please cancel my order that I can go to a proper ISP
