Unprofessional service
I app**** for WiFi on the 9th October and today is the 2nd and I'm still waiting for installation. how long must a person wait for. I've been getting promises that the technician will come to do the installations and connection. The only thing I got was the router, they left it at my house but not connected.... This is so unprofessional. I'm getting promises after promises ... I think I deserve a free month without payment or maybe pay end of January because this is pathetic.
