Unmatched ISP Service! Thank You

The Service I've received from RocketNet is unmatched. Specifically from a gentleman called Mek. The response time was extremely quick! Mek was very very patient with me when I asked several questions about my Wifi not being connected. He guided me through the entire process. Mek even apologized for Vumatel's delayed service delivery.

I must also add that this is not the first time I am getting such incredible service from the RocketNet team. These guys really understand what customer service is all about! Thank you again for this unmatched incredible service from RocketNet. The only ISP that has not let me down year after year.
