Unimpressed so far

I chose RocketNet based on all of the fantastic reviews I've read but I am having a completely different experience. I called to follow up on an order and I was told that I allegedly didn't pick up the phone when someone tried to call me to arrange an activation date. I've checked my call log over and over again and I did not receive a call from the installer. Why is it that so many other people on Hellopeter and Twitter have only good things to say about RocketNet especially when it comes to the installation/activation but I can't get the same treatment? Some other guy even had his router delivered personally by one of RocketNet's representatives. All I'm asking for is for the same level of service to be given to me. Please expedite the activation of my line, order no. ***.
