They went the extra mile
I had an issue with my Fibre, so I posted on Hellopeter. Rocketnet contacted me immediately to resolve the issue. They replaced my router, sent an IT tech to my home to make sure everything is working 100%. Thank you Kim, Tristan, for going the extra mile to resolve my complaint.
