The technical support is not very helpful when logging an issue

The technical support is not very helpful when logging an issue. I have been battling with intermittent connection for weeks and every time I raise it with them they blame my router and setup and never look into the actual line. They close the support ticket without actual feedback to the client. Would not recommend them again as the last refer was disappointed in the service like I have been over the last few weeks.
