The service that I received from Liam @rocketnet was amazing, and for someone that works in customer service as a Webchat Manager, I don't say that much, he provided me with the information I needed, went above and beyond to make sure that my email to their team was as clear and concise as possible, even gave me alternative solutions to the issue at hand. The part that stood out for me the most in our interaction was the fact that Liam took responsibility of the case and reassured me that he personally would be taking on the case and making sure things are resolved.
