The consultant that helped me was Katlego. We used Whatsapp as our means of communication and he/she was super helpful and accommodating. I use this line for my business and he was able to sort out the issue with someone at the premises but still giving me the blow by blow. I really appreciated that as it allowed me to move forward with my meetings for the day.
