The best thing I can say is that I very seldom need to talk to support but when I do it is always a good experience with a positive outcome. Spoke to Kim this morning and although the lack of Internet was 100percent not a RocketNet issue - she was helpful, friendly and kind! I always recommend them if anyone is looking for a new ISP.
