After having had an experience one would rather avoid in his life with another ISP in Cape Town (I had so much troubles with them you can’t believe it) I was recommended RocketNet.

What is the difference to the other ISP? - You speak to an agent if you wish not to a bot. - If necessary they call you back (can you believe it) - They reply for an answer never takes more than five minutes! (With the ISP in Cape Town, I have spent altogether 24 hours waiting on the line over a period of seven days.) - Every agent is competent and knowledgeable and knows what he/she/it is doing! (in comparison to the others it seems that these agents don’t know what the colleagues have done to your account.) - They (Gloria) are inventive, think laterally and work around the problem until it’s solved. - My one was solved after three working days!

There would be much more to tell however, I think that’s enough to show that I’m thrilled with this company!
