Slight hiccups but very pleased in the end

There was an operational hiccup at the beginning of my relationship with Rocketnet when I was incorrectly assigned the wrong internet bundle & router. However, the customer service has really surprised me. Mohamed was super helpful in getting my internet up and running while Louis assisted me with fixing the account side of things. Overall really pleased with the ISP but moreso the people working at Rocketnet who are very patient and keen to help.
