Shocked

I enquired about their services earlier this year. I never agreed to anything. I started to get harrased by phone calls from their accounts department - not knowing that I apparently "owe" them money. On the 11th I suddenly received an e-mail stating I am not getting handed over to their legal department. I never agreed to go into business with you at all and I am still not sure if I will after this.
