RocketNet, the ISP that cannot provide internet.

Why is ROCKETNET the only ISP that cannot provide their clients/customers with internet specifically over the weekends, whereas other ISP's do provide internet over the weekends on Openserve?

As Rocketnet keeps on blaming a faulty network on Openserve but the complex I live in has Openserve and other ISP's have not problem with their internet, specifically over weekends. Today marks the 3rd week end where I had no internet, and horrible customer support. They cannot help me on week ends, so Im stuck without internet, without support, and without anything good to write about RocketNet

I have been a client of Rocketnet for more than a year and a half, and due to my horrible experience with Rocketnet, I would not recommend them. I myself am planning on moving to a different ISP that is more reliable.
