RocketNet Superior Support

We recently had to move from an internet service provider because our fiber was down for weeks and they did absolutely nothing to try and fix the problem, this left us feeling absolutely desperate, never mind angry and horribly disappointed. Thankfully the light at the end of a very dark tunnel was RocketNet! Their team, Warren, Sean and numerous amazing behind-the-scenes technicians and advisors, worked tirelessly to not only move us over to RocketNet but to get out fiber line fixed and our internet up and running again. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the mammoth task they took on and how they expertly assisted us.
