Kudos to Mohamed Bulbulia for the excellent service rendered. He had indicated that he would call at 11am despite his heavy schedule and he did. Wow! , now thats's what one would call an excellent response time. Courteous and helpful, managed to establish connection within 15minutes. Well done RocketNet for your excellent customer care and Staff. RocketNet as an ISP lead by example while others fall behind.
