Rocketnet ROCKS
After my struggle with CarbonT I was assisted by Rocketnet. They literally saved my life. They keep communicating with me via email and follow up every single day regarding my pending cancellation with the other ISP. Once the ISP was cancelled they immediately start to process my order and send my new router straight away without hestitation. The following day i got my router and immediately plug and play. And yet still they follow up and ensure everthing is in working order. As a deaf customer I am at peace knowing they will not forsake me. Most trustworthy ISP ever. I will strongly recommend them espesially to my deaf community. You ROCK Rocketnet. Thank you!
