RocketNet Rocks!!!

RocketNet is one of the best service providers I've dealt with to date. Signing up with them was quick and easy! When they say someone will call you back, THEY DO! And so far, they have delivered on all their promises. I was expecting to sit on the phone to a tech person for hours to setup my modem, but their modems are very user friendly and after following the simply and short instructions, I was up and running immediately, without having to call anyone. In all my interactions/conversations with Rocketnet, everyone I spoke to was extremely competent. They had a very good understanding of what I wanted and quick to respond (10 min to an hour). Asking all the right questions made it obvious that they understand exactly what I'm trying to and offered me the right solutions. So far I'm very happy! Thanks RocketNet for the great service. It was certainly refreshing!
