So, I moved to Rocketnet as everyone was "raving" about them. Been with them for 9 months in which I had a faulty router and 4 months of good internet on an Openserve 100meg line and a good technician that had some sense to find the problem. Now I had problem after problem the last 2 months and even upgraded to a 250meg line at R995 and after upgrade I was told the "router" must be faulty as I only get 120meg on 5g. BUT, just keep on paying your R995 every month even while you have ****py internet. JUST NOW an agent on the app chat "reminded" me of my active, open ticket and they await new routers. Alternatively, I can "buy" my own router. SERIOUSLY!!!!!! The router was part of the package!!!! So, if this is the type of service we get from "agents" we are in good hands with Rocketnet. So, please move over to Rocketnet, sign up for a 250meg Openserve line with a super router, pay your R995 [money grows on trees] and keep paying R995 a month and they DON'T CARE if you only get 120meg. The joke is I hit 100meg download on a 100meg line with 2.4g but now on 250meg can't even get 80meg or over a 100meg on 5g. And the kicker: Not once was I given discount or a free month of internet and now told buy your own router. The service is so bad the technicians had to set up a "detour" account just for me to have ANY internet. The router doesn't want to rake my password, so they had to create an alt account from their side like a proxy. How is that for SERVICE??? Anyway, I told the agent I will gladly post his comments on Hello Peter after patronizing me like I'm the idiot. In the meantime, my work goes nowhere as I cannot do any "auctions" online due to slow speeds...so yeah please get yourself over to Rocketnet with a 250meg Openserve fiber line and have a blast into the black hole...
