Rocketnet has outstanding customer service.

They installed my fibre very promptly without any hiccups at all, then they sent me a router even though they were out of stock and awaiting shipping. After that, they assisted me with setting up my router step by step and now I've got my fibre running and I am very happy about that.

They also have a WhatsApp chat which is very convenient to use if you don't want to call in and work through a call center which was one of the best service features to me.
