RocketNet is da Bomb!

Having been disappointed with the lack of service from Telkom for many years, I recently subscribed to a FTTH connection via RocketNet. They informed me that the turnaround time for OctoTel to provide access to the necessary infrastructure could take up to two weeks. After this period had passed and, not having heard any more from OctoTel, I was in touch, once again. Well, there's a reason the are called RocketNet, because it is quite evident that they gave Octotel a rocket! Within two days, a trench had been dug and the line was brought into my study, Rocketnet had delivered a modem and I was happily connected. A special mention to Mo and to Melnick Morris who both went to unexpected lengths to deal with my queries.
