RocketNet Blasts Off with Stellar Service!
I recently had an issue with my internet service provided by RocketNet, which uses MetroFibre's infrastructure. As someone who relies heavily on a stable internet connection for work and leisure, it was crucial to get this resolved quickly.
Thankfully, Mek from RocketNet came to the rescue. His service was nothing short of spectacular. While MetroFibre resolved the fault, Mek assisted me to escalate the ongoing fault and conveyed confirmation the fault was still ongoing. Happily, it was resolved less than 12 hours of the initial outage.
+ Without doubt the RSS Feeds developed by RocketNet were instrumental in helping locate information about the ongoing outage. I highly encourage all users to check the feed out.
