Rocketnet ALL THE WAY!

I’ve spent the last two weeks trying to set up my WiFi with Vox.. customer service was absolutely **** to say the least, to eventually asking to speak to a manager, who then proceeded to put the phone down on me.. MULTIPLE times.. so I was skeptical when I eventually spoke to Sean from Rocketnet when he said he could activate my line within 3 days.. BUT LOW AND BEHOLD!! 3 days later they’ve answered every phone call, they’ve answered every email.. they kept me in the loop and Bongani helped me set up my router and it’s SORTED! Rocketnet have been my blessing in disguise!!! Thanks so much Sean and Bongani, amazing customer service!!!
