RocketNet

RocketNet is the most useless ISP ever. Their customer service is the worst. I had a 50/5 Mbps line with them, I upgraded to 100/10 Mbps line but I was never able to reach the full potential of the line let alone 75% of max because they had provided me with a rooter that can't reach that speed but they were collecting full payment from me (*******). I upgraded to a new rooter from an advise from them but the problem still persist. I have decided to cancel my contract with them since the 20th of May so that by the end of June I can move to a better ISP but guess what? It's a week now and I still haven't received the confirmation letter. They're so useless that I'll never recommend them to anyone.

Hi Tony,

I have had a look at the above review regarding the request for a cancellation letter.

As discussed and confirmed in writing on ticket ***. We have received your cancellation request on 20 May and responded on 20 May advising you on our cancellation terms and conditions. We feel we adequately addressed your query on the same day.

RocketNet doesn't provide cancellation letters, as the ticket is your reference to the request. All tickets are logged to your customer profile and at any time you can log in and see the ticket reference, as there is a time and date stamp associated with each request, thus forming a full audit trail.

We understand your frustration with the speeds experienced on your home network, we have tried to assist as far as possible and we are sad to see you go.

Kind Regards.

Please it's too late for damage control. It's only today at 4:34pm to be exact, 15 minutes after I posted on HelloPeter that I eventually received my cancellation reference number with Vumatel.
