Rocketeers to the rescue! Wonderful service, RocketNet!

I have been thoroughly pleased to deal with RocketNet the past couple of weeks. I have had extreme difficulties with the fibre infrastructure provider and RocketNet has been assisting me through the whole process diligently.

The following points became clear as I dealt with them: 1) They always answer when you call 2) When they answer, it is clear that they know what they are talking about 3) They follow up and call you back (unlike other ISP's who make this promise but never adhere!) 4) They sent me a router, saying it will arrive on a specific day, it arrived even before midday! 5) When I plugged in the router, it was already configured and I was good to go with internet!!

I specifically want to mention Thornbjorn Ottesen as he mostly helped me. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with him has he always rep**** to my emails as soon as he could and he called me to follow up and even called the infrastructure providers himself to log tickets on my behalf!
