The weekend of 17 September Ive app**** online for internet services with RocketNet. I said I will be moving to my new premisses and need them to install by the 23 September. Its the 27 and still Im without email. In the meantime Im loosing business

Thank you for letting us know about your frustration, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We have looked at the order history and confirm that the fibre was ordered on the 20th of September and the fibre was installed and then activated by the Fibre Network Operator on the 23rd of September. We subsequently also sent the Free to Use router on the 23rd of September and regrettably we have now come to learn that the delivery failed to deliver on Monday.
We have escalated with the local Courier hub to try ascertaining why the delivery failed. We have also provided them with the alternative contact number and name you have provided us after our telephonic conversation of this morning. At this moment we are expecting a call back from the hub providing us with further feedback.
Please again accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused, we endeavour to provide you with positive feedback soonest.
