Poor service from RocketNet
I have just moved into a new place and I app**** for wifi connectivity through RocketNet. I was impressed with how quickly they processed my application but since I was told that I have connectivity, I have been struggling to get hold of them to help me connect to their network.
I have emailed them and sent them whatsapp messages with no luck.
What a disappointment after an exciting beginning...

03 Oct 2022, 18:29I eventually got a phone call to help me set up my router but we could not get it working on Saturday. I had to wait for a new router from RocketNet to be delivered on Monday a consultant helped me set it up pretty quickly.
Thank you for finally getting me connected to the internet...
We use it for everything nowadays and without it we are lost.
