Pleasantly surprised with the customer service

I am so pleasantly surprised by the customer support I just received. I wanted to change the date of my payment from the 25th to the 1st and to change the paying account to my wifes. Typically I need to go through so much red tape with other services to make this happen but one email later this process was complete and confirmed by them. I'll need to wait for the end of the month to know for sure that it was processed properly but there was nothing in our interaction that indicates that it will go otherwise.

Well done guys. Will gladly continue to pay for this provider
