Outstanding service
I have been a client of yours and the service has been amazing. Hardly ever any downtimes. Just a query, as my fibre line is from Metrofibre (the worst experience right after MTN), are there no backup UPSs since there is no ethernet service during loadshedding? Would you happen to know?

Thank you for your amazing 5 star review!
All fibre network operators (including MetroFibre) should have backup power to their switches in your area. So you would just need a UPS that outputs the correct voltage for your UPS and router in order to keep the internet going.
The MetroFibre ONT's take a input voltage of 12V and your router may take 9V or 12V depending on the model.
Please do reach out to us on WhatsApp on *** so out team can help determine the best UPS we can recommend.
Kind Regards,
