No resolution on services down
I am currently experiencing poor service from Rocketnet, for the past 2 weeks I have not had any fibre connection. I have engaged with a number of individuals from Rocketnet, Britelink and Vumatel, in additional to having 2 technical guys coming over to troubleshoot but everyone keeps saying it’s not their issue and passes this over to one of the others….keeps going in circles. Call centre and Chat functionality take forever and promises to come back to you are not met. This is really poor service, given that it’s been 2 weeks I rather cancel with Rocketnet and find another ISP.
