Mohamed Bulbulia is the best agent Rocket Net has ever had

I am writing this review only to express my immense gratitude to an agent (Mohamed Bulbulia) who was assigned to my case which took a month to resolve due to Vumatel's incompetence. Mohamed was with me throughout the whole process, texting and emailing daily trying to help and find ways to provide me with wifi. Finally, yesterday I got wifi connection (by which time I already lost hope it would ever get resolved). Vumatel's unresponsiveness and sluggish service is something I can still not grasp quite yet (and it puts SA not into the rank of a third world country, but a fourth world country!). However, Mohamed and Rocket Net have been absolutely amazing and very professional from day one! Thanks!!
