Liam from Rocketnet assisted me with my issue He assisted me on the WhatsApp client care, and he was extremely helpful. I was very frustrated at some point because of our router issues, but he was patient with me and explained the situation well. If I could rate him I would give him 10/10. He deserves a raise! As for Rocketnet - we have had some connectivity issues for a while now, and it seems some of the routers are faulty. They have done their best to assist me with the issues and I appreciate their service. They are replacing my router, and hopefully the connectivity issues will now be a thing of the past.
