Katlego was very helpful via the WhatsApp line
Katlego was very helpful via the WhatsApp line. He was very patient and explained everything. Tried to help as best as I could have been helped. Even though my issue wasn't resolved fully. We have established that the fault is on my end and not with rocket net. As a customer I appreciate the ease with which we can get help from a REAL PERSON via WhatsApp and not a robot or having to phone in and waste a lot of money on a phone call in order to get help
