Katlego is honestly such a superstar! We have been averaging on 15mbps on a 250mbps line for several months now. We assumed it was a marine cable issue, however it started effecting our productivity. We read some reviews and thought it was going to be an uphill battle getting our network sorted out. How wrong were we! We sent a ticket through late last night and was on the phone to Katlego from the minute the call centre opened their doors. She was fabulous in running tests, explaining exactly what the problem was and how we are going to fix it going forward! I was really really impressed with the service we have received today.
