Initiation fee for doing nothing
Rocketnet is a good company that provides good service. The only problem I have is that they charge an installation fee for doing nothing (that's why 4stars and not 5). If they changed this I'm sure that the would get many more customers as their after sales service so far has been great

I would like to give you greater clarity around the activation fees which are charged by the Fibre Network Operators. You are right this is an administration fee which is charged directly to RocketNet for each new fibre customer that goes live on the Fibre Network Operators network. Fortunately, some Fibre Network Operators do not charge any activation fees and in those cases we in turn do not charge our customers.
We have tried to model our pricing plan to be as transparent as possible and in some cases we absorb a large part of these activation fees, however we regret that we have to charge these fees as we currently only offer month to month FTTH packages and it would not be otherwise feasible if the activation fees were to be absorbed indefinitely.
We trust that we can make up for this with our customer service and value-added services/platforms in the future.
