Incompetend with systems lacking a user flow

Just bought my house down the coast, and have been struggling to get wifi sorted. Although I understand the process is different down the coast in terms of who owns the lines and who is the service provider of the router etc. RocketNet is the worst I've EVER experienced.

I'm working as a software technical lead and I've seen many systems good and bad in my life. But this process to get signed up with RocketNet and actually having them get my wifi sorting is the worst between their lack of communication and lack of system integration and process flow. I haven't even gotten the router and I already want to cancel with them which I can't even do because their system doesn't enable me to. Of course...
