I would like to write a review about RocketNet The service levels are appalling, unless of course you are happy to chat with nameless staff in their service (or lack thereof) centre. They pass you on to Vumatel, who also don’t answer phones or emails. Send “installers” to your unattended property at 18.30pm on a Friday night. All in all the experience of dealing with both parties was stressful, frustrating and really bad.
